Throughout the last 40 years, Michael would remind Sandra that the two most important things in his life were his relationship with Jehovah and his love for his dear wife. Sandra said Michael was truly the best spiritual husband. He was her best friend. She admired his love for Jehovah. She admired his kindness and concern for her, for family, and for his Christian brothers and sisters. She lived with a spiritual man. He served as a congregation elder and a substitute circuit overseer for many years.

One friend wrote, “When I think of Michael, I think of a strong spiritual man that was never afraid to uphold Jehovah’s Sovereignty. A man that was never going to give Jehovah anything less than his best.”
